Biblical Oral Sex
The Bible makes no clear mention of oral sex at all. Therefore, it is difficult to produce an official biblical position. Nevertheless, based on the information that follows, oral sex is not sinful and that it is permissible only within the bonds of marriage between a husband and wife.

This is a serious question, and I will answer it as best I understand the Scriptures. The first thing we must say is that the Bible does not directly address this question. The Bible is clear on sexual fidelity (e.g. Hebrews 13:4; Ephesians 5:1-3; 1 Corinthians 6:9-11). The Bible does speak to us about our sexual conduct in general terms, and these principles should guide us.
As with all areas of life, God’s instructions on sex can be found in the Bible. The Bible talks about sex a lot, but often the answers to sexual questions aren’t found in a chapter or verse—for example, you won’t find any references to vibrators.

The Bible teaches the clear principle that sexual intercourse is the supreme expression of love between a husband and wife: “Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral” (Hebrews 13:4 Hebrews 13:4 Marriage is honorable in all, and the bed undefiled: but fornicators and adulterers God will judge.
If oral sex is done within the confines of marriage and in the spirit of mutual consent, there is not a biblical case for declaring it to be a sin. In summary, oral sex before marriage is absolutely a sin.
