Cover penetration stacks nicely from multiple sources (.5 m + .65 m = 1.15 m of penetration), and weapon mods and ammo add up nicely (ignores 50% of armor + ignores 65% of armor = no damage reduction from armor), but warp + piercing mod works a little differently.

Jan 22, 2018 · So naturally I started stacking armor pen like crazy, bought my first purple mount (a white tiger) with 2k Arm Pen, all blue aggression insignias across the board (skill where I couldn’t), “assault” type gear which is generally Arm Pen crossed with either crit or power and a ton of dark enchantments.
